How long does it take to order?
Wedding gowns can take 8-9 months. Bridesmaids and mothers' dresses can take 4-5 months. Accessory items; such as headpieces, veils, and shoes, can take 2-4 months.

How much is the deposit to place my order?
We require a deposit of 50%. This payment may be made by cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard.

When do I pay for the remaining balance?
You pay off the remaining balance of your dress within 30 days of notification.

What happens when my gown arrives?
You will be contacted by telephone to be notified of your gowns arrival. If after a second attempt we are unable to reach you, we will store your gown until you contact us or until the wedding date you have given. We recommend to all of our brides to come in and finalize accessories at this time as a 2-4 month ordering time applies in most cases.

What is a Visit?
A Visit is an opportunity to see your gown, accessories and possibly take photos. This is done before your fittings begin. During this time our consultants are happy to assist you in finding your accessories, such as a Veil, Headpieces, Tiaras, and Jewelry. We will also help you to find a hoop, crinoline, cape or cloak that you can rent for your special day.

Do I have to have my dress altered in House?
No, you are not required to have your gown altered at ABC Bridal. We do recommend using a qualified, experienced seamstress.

What should I bring to my fitting?
Please bring your shoes and any special undergarments (i.e. bustier, body shaper) that you plan to wear with your dress the day of, as this will affect the fit.
